On the morning of September 7th, Sun Shiwen, Secretary of the Ledong County Party Committee, met with Zhang Huipeng, Vice Chairman and CEO of ZEHO ECO, and his delegation in the living room on the first floor of the Ledong County Party Committee Guesthouse.

Sun Shiwen, on behalf of the Ledong County Party Committee and Government, extends a warm welcome to the arrival of the ZEHO ECO. He also provides a brief overview of Ledong's economic and social development. Sun Shiwen emphasizes that 2023 is a pivotal year for advancing the Hainan Free Trade Port's closure and operation, as well as for achieving high-quality development in Ledong's economy and society.

Ledong actively aligns itself with the strategic framework of Hainan's "one book, three foundations, four beams, and eight pillars" and the development objectives outlined in Ledong's "three zones." We are poised to initiate a successful journey towards Ledong's high-quality development. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, Ledong will define its development goals for the mountain-sea interactive cultural and tourism integration area and the high-level ecological civilization demonstration area. Our focus will be on creating an exceptional environment and establishing an ecological civilization demonstration zone.

We are committed to maintaining a balanced approach to land and sea protection, embarking on a comprehensive bay restoration initiative, and establishing a pilot "Beautiful Bay" demonstration area. This effort will contribute to the preservation and restoration of our marine ecosystem's health.

ZEHO ECO has upheld sustainable development principles for 26 years, transitioning from inland waters to the open ocean, amassing valuable practical experience in eco-friendly solutions. This aligns perfectly with Ledong's vision for future ecological civilization development. We hope to foster mutual understanding and trust between our parties and work together for mutually beneficial development.
