Learn more >On the morning of February 27th, Deputy Director Yang Jinhuai of the Beijing Municipal Water Bureau convened a meeting with Zhang Yijun, Chairman of ZEHO ECO, and his delegation in the bureau's conference room. The purpose of the meeting was to hear a special report by ZEHO ECO on ecological environment governance and digital technology. Aligning with Beijing's water development needs, Deputy Director Yang outlined the principal tasks, developmental objectives, and key focus areas of ongoing water initiatives. He offered specific guidance on the pivotal role of Zhenghe Ecology in forthcoming capital water projects. Chairman Zhang Yijun expressed sincere appreciation to the Water Bureau's leadership for their gracious hospitality. He provided an overview of the company's developmental trajectory, strategic framework, and technical infrastructure, emphasizing the integrated solution of "water safety + ecosystem + technology empowerment". Subsequently, leaders from pertinent departments of the Water Bureau deliberated on the current status of ecological engineering in the northern region, addressing technical hurdles in ecological water management, green embankments, and shoreline construction. Both parties engaged in comprehensive exchanges and discussions on how technological prowess could catalyze advancements in the water industry.
This meeting has solidified an agreement wherein ZEHO ECO will leverage its technological edge to forge closer ties with the Water Science Academy and the Planning Institute. The company commits to contributing to the development of flood storage and detention areas, as well as enhancing the management of rivers, lakes, wetlands, and small watersheds in the capital. The discussions not only enhanced communication and collaboration between the Beijing Municipal Water Bureau and ZEHO ECO but also established a robust groundwork for future extensive cooperation between the two entities.
